Why is there darkness in humanity?
To be human means to think, act, and to feel. Each and every person is their own individual, and no matter the amount of influence put on them to be a certain way, we all have our own personal opinions and perspectives. Because of the fact that each human is not a replica of another, there are great dynamics between different types of personalities and the different kinds of people in this world. This is the distinct reason of why there is darkness in humanity. Within society, there is always going to be that 'smudge of doubt', and a corner that the light doesn't fill. The difference of opinions and outlooks creates a 'positive' and a 'negative' within the situation. One opinion may be seen as correct, the other as wrong. The 'wrong' perspective of one's outlook eventually becomes what is called 'dark', or 'evil'. Certain types of perspectives are only categorized as negative and evil within humanity because there is a set standard of things that are acceptable and well, and other that are not; they are frowned upon. However, to the individual or group who may be seen as a negative in society, they know no such wrongs of themselves. They are only seen as 'evil' or 'dark' to others; for themselves, their perspective is their cause, the positivity, and the truth within their lives in which they believe. Each individual has their own take on what is right and what is wrong, and has their very own outlook on the things that humanity may take as controversial towards the 'good vs. evil' fight. In the end, the lack of acceptance and the bold perspectives within an individual is the foundation of why darkness exists in humanity.
